I've been with The Men's Health Clinic for about a year now, and am both happy and impressed.

The organisation and care from the clinic team is excellent - I've rarely had to wait more than a few hours for a reply to email questions, and when I had a complicated situation regarding my treatment and travelling overseas, the team were very helpful in sorting out alternatives for me.

The depth of knowledge at TMHC is obvious, and the results speak for themselves. At my first consultation, Dr Stephens took a great deal of time to understand my situation, and to explain the pros and cons of starting treatment and gave a full explanation of what was involved in the treatment. The follow-ups have been comprehensive and useful.

The Doc is a champ! His help turned my life around and if it is a hormone related issue; you wouldn’t find a better option. The clinic is diligent with their services and true to their patients. Everyone part of the team is super friendly. I would recommend Dr. Stevens and his team to everyone needing HRT. I travelled from Pakistan; while the country was on a red list - had to quarentine in a hotel for 10 days. This dedication should give you a proof of how much I trust Dr. Stevens and his team!

These guys are highly knowledgeable regarding TRT. After you’ve been here you will wonder why you ever bothered with the NHS !

I was seen to by Felix yesterday, very friendly and helpful - went into great detail and took the time explaining how TRT works including how the human body responds to it. Felix has expert knowledge in his field.

The whole experience from start to finish was 5 star. Lydia the receptionist was also lovely, friendly and great first impressions for the business.

One thing to note is the initial consultation and starter medications are a little costly, BUT the ongoing treatment is very reasonably priced. In my opinion well worth the money.

"Life changing mens health clinic"

2 years ago I was diagnosed with an Auto Immune disease that presents itself / closely resembles Rheumatoid Arthritis. I've taken multiple drugs to treat this disease.

To put my condition into perspective I went from running 3 5ks a week, gym x5 days a week, rugby, kickboxing and football to not being able to dress myself or walk. The condition totally exploded and just tore through me and I've had to relearn everything from walking onwards over the last year and a bit.

I started looking into TRT as the last part of what I think was a missing puzzle piece to level out the playing field. There is some evidence and studies that link low Testosterone levels to inflammatory diseases, so when I had my disease relatively under control I added in the trt through TMHC

Coupled with the autoimmune disease I also had all of the symptoms of low Testosterone - erectile dysfunction , brain fog, weight gain, depersonalisation, depression etc.

I started treatment with TMHC 6 months ago;
Since starting TRT my RA symptoms have decreased substantially, I am now only on 2 treatments vs the several before the TRT and the condition is still improving.
Alongside this all of the traditional low testosterone symptoms disappeared as well.

I've followed the advice of Dr Stevens to the letter both with protocol, lifestyle, nutrition and sleep and can truthfully say that the difference it has made in the last 6 months is like night and day.
Not only has it been a part in reducing the doses and stopping some of the drugs I was taking for my arthritis, it has also made me feel like myself again. This sounds cliche but it's lifted the grey curtain which was over my eyes and I can see in colour again.
The brain fog has passed, my drive and determination is back, I can make decisions with clarity, progress in the gym has resumed and I feel like a younger man in the bedroom again.

If you're at the start of diagnosis and treatment it feels like an awful never ending thing, but with the right treatment and care it does get better. Dr Stevens and his team provide this level of care. Trust them and trust the process
