"Do not work here!!!"

Some staff members believe that your children shouldn’t come before your job, if you book a holiday in because you have no childcare they will either ignore it and then mark you as awol when you don’t come in or decline it because it’s not an important enough reason but leaving work early to get pissed with your mates is absolutely fine. Promotes ‘mental health’ but yet it’s the same people who give you a disciplinary for them not telling you to come into work because of your mental health. The recruitment should’ve been a red flag itself seen as if you miss her first call she won’t contact you back again for at least a month. Oh and there’s bullies and I mean loads of bullies here but no one does anything about them, but ‘mental health awareness’ this place is an absolute joke.

"Best company to work for!"

I have had multiple jobs since i was 16, EC outsourcing is the best company i have ever worked for. When i joined, i was there for three weeks, and then was off for two months ( which is an extremely long time to be off ). I handing in sick notes weekly, was not badgered to give these. My manager checked in on me every couple of days. When i returned, EC was totally understand and supportive of my situation, and gave me time to get back into the swing of things. EC outsourcing treat you like family, and i could not wish to work for a better company!

worked at this company for a while now and i love it my manager is amazing and they are really supporting for my health issues and when i had issues with other advisors they shifted me about to cater to my needs

"Horrible company"

Had a few jobs. Can honestly say worst company ever. Upper management only interested in lining their own pockets. Equipment was rubbish. My pc was dropping to bits . They Had agents sitting on plastic seats in the previous building. Toilets were a disgrace. Heard the owner of the company had holiday homes in France and a yacht. You will regret going there and if you leave it will affect your benefits. My advice stay away. What a vile company.

"They give what you give"

Having worked at EC now for just under a year. They have allowed me to develop my skills inline with the clients wishes. They have given me the chance to develop new roles and take advantage of knowledge I can provide to the client. Probably the best call centre I have worked for. Have seen some reviews which seems to give a standard call centre life, but if your willing to talk with EC they have taken onboard advice and/or concerns I have raised. Again like any employer they can miss some things but with a chase they usually get back with an answer.

"Amazing place to work at the start"

Amazing place to work at the start. Was off for 2 weeks with mental health had a sick note and they practically through it back in my face and said it was not a valid reason. Didn’t take my sick note in to account my last pay so got payed way less than what I should have. Only 17 and was working 9 hour shifts which first off is not aloud and where very strict about how long you where taking for breaks.
Was not supported with my mental health and going to the doctors because of my allergy had all the sick notes but nothing was done about it. Also all of my holidays where not approved. Do not recommend working here

"Shocking company to work for"

Shocking company to work for. Got ripped off with my final pay after leaving! Managers are useless wont help or answer there phones to help me get this pay sorted! Stay clear! Also no known number for payroll apparently so your supposed to just take the managers word for it. Stay clear from this company!!!!

I've been at EC Outsourcing now for just under 2 years and I've been allowed to grow and develop both professionally and personally in that time, receiving so much support from those around me and the founders of the business, wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

"This is the worst company I have ever…"

This is the worst company I have ever worked for , I left my job as this was better paid , Totally lied about the salary , the Boldon building is unfit. I wouldn't let my dog use the vile toilets. Training provided was not worth the paper it was written in , as this is nothing useful for the job you will be doing . Even had the cheek to give me a plastic garden chair to sit on for nearly a week. The turn over of staff is high due to the poor training. Not really customer service for OVO as you cant even help anyone as you just seem to transfer them around the world. Its a health and safety hazard wires all over the floors and hanging out of the walls ... I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy !

"Decent workers, horrible work conditions"

Proceed with caution if thinking about applying for EC Boldon. Minimal training provided (worked for Ovo) which unfortunately reflected in my work and was told if I didn’t improve without any additional training I would be fired. I resigned before they had the opportunity. Unsurprisingly it has quite the turn over levels for staff leaving because the job was not worth it or worse, mental health reasons. My anxiety went through the roof, the worst it’s ever been by a clear mile while working there. Atrocious work environment, had many customers complain because the background noise was so loud. And alot of supervisors and managers absolutely revelled in power trips. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone even if they weren’t in a position to pick and choose jobs.
