"Sunday morning, blocked toilet !!"

I rang re a blocked toilet on a Sunday morning and I was panicking I would not get it fixed at weekend but after making the phone call Kevin attended my property within a few hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable, had all the equipment needed to deal with the problem and unblocked the pipes . I would highly recommend this service. There was no additional fee for a Sunday and I was so glad I used this company.

After waiting for YW to arrive for two days, I was told that my blocked drain wasn't their problem. I made a quick call to Unblockers, and Gary arrived 90 minutes later. Gary had the blockage cleared within the hour, carried out a camera survey, explained the root cause was a misalignment of the underground drains and offered a solution that didn't require digging up my patio. Excellent service. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

Gary was excellent. He came out quickly, thoroughly examined the issue, sent cameras down, listened when we said we had this issue 6 months before and used another company. He explained the issue clearly in lay man's terms and we want him to come back to do the next procedure but he quickly unblocked our drains so we could cope until we got the limescale removed.

Very quick and easy process. I contacted Unblockers and within 15 minutes a local company rang to ask what the problem was explained he was on another job but could be with us within a couple of hours and he was true to his word. He removed the toilet after trying unsuccessfully to find the right man hole cover. It took a while to get the blockage removed but when he did he then returned the bathroom back to clean condition it was when he started.
