The initial phone call to the company was very friendly, helpful when my husband explained the problem at my daughter's property straight away said he could have someone there in 2 Hours.
Brendon & his colleague ( sorry didn't know your name ) but will know who you are. Both got into action unblocking the drain that connects 3 properties.
Within 20 mins it was all cleared

The quote we received, was way less to unblock drain from kitchen ,engineer quoted £333 for work even before commencing. The company say no callout charge then charge £150 +vat for first hour,will no use again !
