Terrible Company to deal with. Awful from beginning and can’t say to end as my order still has not been delivered. I had to complain about how long despatch was taking. Eventually told it was on its way with shipping details. These details proved useless, in fact pointless. Five days been waiting for delivery since despatch info without any further info on when it might arrive and by who ?

Slightly disappointed as seen this item elsewhere for cheaper, but decided to pay extra as the picture of the actuator showed it with a connecting plug. Unfortunately it arrived and had wires only.
