It was my first time interacting with Flightoffice and I was blown away in such a positive way by the service I received. I was initially worried as I have never dealt with their company before but Stella put my mind at rest. She was very pleasant on the phone including her other colleagues I spoke to whilst she was away. I want to express my appreciation to all their agents. They did a fantastic job by securing a flight for my daughter and I at a very short notice and also at a reasonable price. The team’s responsiveness and customer service was beyond expectation.
