"Total scam"

Total scam, they intentionally put wrong passenger details in the confirmation email although I entered them correctly. When I called them they demanded £35 cancellation fee per passenger that led to an argument over 30 mins. At this point they haven't even issued the ticket, just to cancel our booking with them, as they cant edit the passenger details. Weird right? I realised my card wasnt charged either, although the payment screen came up and I remember I paid for the tickets. I cancelled my credit card after this. Book with the airline directly!!

I had a great experience purchasing my flight with Adam. The day after I made the booking, he reached out to confirm all the flight details and ensure everything was accurate. He also helped me quickly sort out the check in luggage allowance. The e-ticket was sent to me shortly after the confirmation, and I was able to verify it on the official airline website.

"Avoid booking with them at all costs"

Avoid booking with them at all costs. They advertise cheap prices and once you pay they call you to finalise the booking. You will be charged extra for everything including basic luggage allowance. Also they dont allow you to fully refund your ticket even if you cancel it within 24 hours. In my case I got charged 200 pounds for the cancellation. Book directly with the airline or other trusted websites to avoid dealing with them.
