Happily, he was able to offer the checked baggage for free after contacting his manager. Thank you to Jacob for his prompt assistance!

"After booking online they called back asking for £90 more"

Booked and paid for flights via their website but later they called demanding another £90 as ticket price had gone up. I requested a full refund as other websites were selling the tickets for a similar price to what I paid and they outright mentioned they cannot refund the ticket as one of the flight leg has been confirmed but the other leg has gone up in price. When I mentioned how is that my fault the agent mentioned "who will pay for our losses" despite asking for a refund they refused and started playing games. After writing a complaint they then agreed to honour the original price but that was too with added drama as they next mentioned they do not accept Google Pay as its "not secure" even though the payment was processed via their website and demanded I pay again using a debit card and if not they will cancel the ticket and issue a refund (somehow this was now possible). In the end after back on forth on email over 2 days they agreed the original price and accepted the payment I had already made- unnecessary and thought they were just trying to get me to pay more. I later found out they operate under different names which have terrible ratings. Flight Ref - FOB210853

I booked flights they never sent me the tickets. Kept calling me asking for more money and to click the link and pay from a dodgy email address. It’s not a London office it’s based in India. My FRAUD TEAM got onto these immediately!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

And writing a FAKE reply at the bottom Eric like you didn’t have a conversation with me and take my money is utter BS. This is the number you called me from 020 3745 4455 four times to ask me for more money and click the link! Well I know you’re in India and luckily my fraud team tracked you down! SCUM OF THE EARTH!

just gone through the booking process. Read reviews before paying and decided they are scammers. All 5 star rating are reviewers with just 1 review. Decided not to take the risk. Sick of con artists ripping people off.
