"Selected and booked our flights to…"

Selected and booked our flights to Australia. Inorder to confirm everything we have to pay the total amount owing for the flights. 5 hours after doing all of the above, Shaun rings from ext 109 to explain that my seats are no longer available at the price of £2179 wich i agreed to pay at the time of booking. He now advised that I would have to pay an additional cost of £500 for 2 different seats.

I refused to do this and I'm now waiting for a full refund that will take upto 7 days to return to my account.

Just avoid these from my experience.

"Keen but professional "

Did initially call very late, did listen and accept I needed some compromise and a fair deal as I did make an error. Sean went off called me back as promised and changed my dates with baggage included for a reasonable price and the flights were the best flights I’d found. He was proactive and I appreciated that.
