"My ticket was cancelled twice"

My ticket was cancelled twice, they called me as soon as I booked online saying I need to pay more money.
They would ask me to pay for luggage that is already included.
Be careful, book elsewhere

Do not use this company - this company tried to scam me by charging £210 to make a small name change on the ticket but when I called the airline it said it should only cost $25. They kept sending me "best prices" for the change, eventually reducing the price to £110. I kept receiving payment links until I called the airline and told them what was happening and they said I could do it through them. Really nasty experience dealing with Eric, an angry employee trying to squeeze as much money as he could from me. Shameful behaviour. Don't use!
