I made my booking and was contacted soon after by a sales representative who insisted I post a positive review on trustpilot and other sites before actually receiving my tickets. In the end, I have not received any tickets as promised and also do not have a refund. This is a dodgy site that promises to save you money, but is actually a scam.

"Poor Experience"
This is my first transaction with this merchant.
I bought my ticket in their website. I have not received my plane ticket after that. I called them the next day, but asked me to wait. They called me in the evening. Asking me to put more money for another available seat, since the one paid for is not available. They asked me my card details including CVV thru phonecall or email. I refused.
After paying the extra amount hoping I would get my ticket, they have not sent me any plane tickets after three hours.
My last phone call was at 7:30pm, and its 10:30pm still no plane ticket. I attempted another call late evening but no available.
Out of curiousity, I found available ticket thru my trusted third party company with same plane, same itinerary for the same price.
I regretted my choice of trusting and doing business with them.

While he took some time to listen to what we were saying, he was patient and professional, helping us greatly by making sure we were able to get the flight we initially wanted. thank you jacob for sorting this out for us finally. 3 out of 5, would have been a 0 if not for Jacob and positive resolution at the end

"I wish that I'd read the reviews"
I wish that I'd read the reviews before trying to save a few Pounds by going through Flight Office, rather than direct to the airline. They're now trying to run what seems to be their standard scam of an upsell, for far more than the airline and other sites (including them!) are still offering.
Hopefully when they come online later today I can cancel and get a refund.
EDIT: I managed to get the flight sorted out, at the price I paid and without the increase that we'd been asked for last night. Jacob was very helpful and I'm relieved that it's all fine. Still irritated that I've had to go through all of this just to get what I paid for, and a night of concern while wondering if I had been scammed of the total cost, so I've raised my previous 1 star to a 3.

"Online booking "
After booking online I received a phone call from John to say there was a problem with the seat, I would need to book an alternate Economy seat at an extra cost, however I explained I could get an alternate Economy seat for cheaper elsewhere. John consulted with his Team Leader and agreed to the alternate Economy seat at no extra cost.
John resolved the issue with great expediency and professionalism, I received the E-Ticket within the hour.
