"SCAM!"

These guys are running a scam DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! They quote best price on Google, confirm booking (booking ref: FOB216430), take payment then claim the credit card payment did not go through (even though it did and they have taken my payment). They have stolen £700 from me for flights to NZ, now I'm trying to recover it. They won't reply to my emails. It is disgusting that this company can get seemingly away with this clearly illegal practice. Extremely angry!

Jimmy was helpful and nothing was a issue from start to finish and explained the process which reassured me as I’ve used multiple company’s for booking and haven’t felt like I’ve received customer service as I have , he even kept me up to date on what’s app which I was impressed with along with emails.

I had a lovely booking experience with Jimmy, when booking a flight for me and my family. He was very polite and was very helpful to solve all my customer quiries. Definately will be always booking my flights through him.

Booked via google flights as the best option on an Etihad flight. Confirmation of booking received. Within an hour an agent called asking if my times were flexible , i said no, so they said flight not available unless i paid an inflated price. This is an illegal practice. Refund advised and 3-4 days later not received, dispute raised with credit card, which will downgrade their rating as a seller.

They called back saying we would have to pay another £200 to get our flight confirmed.

Also to reply to their comment, have a look at all the one star ratings saying the same. You advertise to be cheap and then add fees.
