I was lied to about changes to my ticket. They changed my schedule for both legs and told me they had change one which was the out going. When I realised they had changed the return also (which they didnt communicate to me), I tried to get them to restore what I had initially booked.

They informed me that I had to pay to make those changes. I tried to escalate this and requested a manager and complaints procedure and I was met with a lot of resistance.

I was informed someone was going to get back to me in 48 hours and they never did. I couldnt get the person dealing with my issue despite trying to reach out. Sent some emails that never got a response.

I will NEVER use them again EVER!

Sean sorted out the booking efficiently after it was discovered that payment had failed on the initial booking. Unfortunately the price had gone up in meantime but that was due to me not reading the email confirmation thoroughly. I should have called back sooner. Something for everyone to note. It was a relief that we could have the same flights as the hotel was booked on the basis of the flight arrival/departure. Thanks Sean.

"Scammers - fake prices that are too good to be true. "

We booked the first time through Flight Office last week for flights from Newcastle to Perth at what we thought were bargain prices, only to be met with a phone call an hour later asking for an extra £700 as they couldn't actually do the price they offered. Went through multiple options of changing dates, Airports etc. but these would all still incur a extra fee and we booked these specific flights as there is a stopover in Dubai where we will meet family. The agent cancelled the booked as he couldn't do the promised price.

Fast forward a week later, I booked the same flights for a day earlier after agreeing with our family out in Dubai. And surprise surprise, the price was once again a lie and they have called asking for an additional £1K+!! Unbelievable. Stop advertising false prices!!

The agent has once again asked the generic fly from different airport? Use different airline? Longer stopover? Different date? - No! I booked these specific flights for a reason and if you can't do the price you promised, then I'd rather cancel this booking and go through another tour operator or travel agent who won't mess me around. Best part? Unlike the agent I spoke to last week, this agent won't let me cancel without paying a cancellation fee! You are breaking your price promise and committing fraud by doing this and I am enraged.

Seriously, nobody use this scam company.

Price wise good, web bookings as usual but they are little advantage in it- that calling or texting to passenger/booking party to verify the flight/passenger details for the confirmation - this is a good thing to avoid the wrong booking.
Mr Adam is a very right person in this field, will chase the passenger to confirm everything! It means - booking/verification/confirmation by a right person - with fully detailed information.
