Con artists. I booked a flight for my family and 24 hrs later they claimed to no longer have the seats available and wanted an additional £500. No accountability for no longer having the seats available.

"Lazy, inexperienced, never again"

One star for giving back my money.
They called to make me book more expensive flights then the ones I booked with them on Internet:
1- Saying return flight don't have seats, I check while they were on phone and I said yes they do. (On going on flight and on return flight, two calls like that with them)
2- they rejected refunding me, saying handler of ticket has finished for the day (they were two different people) so I had to speak to supervisor.
3- they seems to be inexperienced, and lazy, have no special deals with airlines, they just book the flight which anyone can do.

Never again, and you know what I got much better deal booking from the British Airway website adding a multi city, if I booked with them then I would have paid £300 more.
