Reply to my previous review response. Been told they are still awaiting for my refund to be processed. This I know to be a lie. Cathey Pacific has told me personally this company have had my money the past two months. Yet I am being told they do not have it. This is because they apparently buy from a third party company. This is not something they tell you upon purchasing your tickets. Either way I purchased my tickets through flight office. They took my money and they need to refund me my money. Yet everytime I call I get told they need three days to just investigate and I will get a call back. This never happens, I have to chase them up and am still yet to receive my money almost four months later.
