"Brilliant Service"

Once you get your head around what you have to do to get anywhere, that's the hardest part with this company. Consistent to their claims you receive an email when the tests have been dispatched and true to form they arrived the day after we landed. The tests can be posted back through Royal Mail priority postboxes and not through some other scantily dotted about drop boxes as with some of the companies the airlines are backing. Pretty much flawless service apart from 2 prepaid labels being in one box and not in one of the others (no biggie as was from same family). Did my research though and couldn't find anything on forums about you. Job well done and would highly recommend.

We completed Covid 'fit to fly' tests ahead of an overseas trip. The online ordering process is straightforward, the tests are easy to complete (with clear instructions provided) and the results were available within 12 hours of the samples being returned to the lab.

Yes, for me I had a quality service from source bioscience laboratory starting from their affordable test kits to the clear communication trends I had with them during the process. Even when there was an issue with the address I supplied, they still exercised enough patience and had to use swift courier to help in delivering the kits to me.
It's extremely likely that I would recommend them to friends and colleagues. They have a timely delivery system.

When only 3 of our 4 kits turned up on Saturday morning I panicked! Nancy picked up my email almost immediately and arranged for a same day courier to redeliver the missing kit which arrived at 7.30am Monday morning! Customer service has been fantastic so far! - the main reason I chose Source BioScience over cheaper options. Was definitely the right move!
