Absolutely amazing service.

My old laptop packed up, so I looked for a similar model online, and happened to chance across Blackmore’s website.

A near like for like model to replace my old one, was just £90, delivered and with a 6-month warranty.

Having read the excellent reviews, I placed an order.

Being slightly skeptical of a ‘refurbished’ laptop (in essence a used and second hand item I guess) I was a little worried about what I’d receive. Especially since the machine was described as grade B.

However, I was blown away, not only with how quickly the machine was delivered (next day when I’d only paid standard delivery) but also how well packed, tested and presented the machine was.

Way better than a grade B by a long way, and arrived with a full testing report showing all the components and battery health. Very clean and smart machine, and worked straight from the box. Newly PAT tested power supply and I can’t spot a single mark on it for a supposedly grade B item.

Very very pleased with the purchase.

The guys were very helpful, patient and understanding especially Darren, i had some questions that needed answers for, and Darren was very patient and helpful in answering them. he made sure i was happy with the service before we ended the call. the delivery service was top notch also. it was next day free delivery and you are given a choice of signing for delivery or leaving in a safe place. The laptop i bought was as good as new and i found them to be the cheapest with more product options. This is the company if you are looking for quality, expertise, communication and a great delivery service. would definitly recommend. the after sales was also spot on.
