I ordered a Dell laptop online on Thursday afternoon and later emailed BlackmoreIT with a query re. some modifications which was promptly and helpfully replied to. The laptop arrived on Monday morning and is in excellent condition - you could not tell that it had been refurbished .

I ordered two refurbished Windows 11 PC's from Blackmore IT. They arrived promptly and with the correct (upgraded) specifications and OS.
I guess that should go without saying, but in my experience with other firms it doesn't always.
