Being Scottish I didn't relish the idea of buying a new one at age 85 so I switched to Linux. I am very happy using Linux Mint for most of my computer use apart from being unable to use Microsoft Solitaire and Jigsaw and Wine doesn't work for me. The one I got from you can run W11and it is in extremely good condition for its age. I have added my LInux hard drive into the one you sold me and have set it up as a dual boot machine. I would happily recommend your service to anyone.

Laptop came quickly, on time, is in excellent condition and smooth and fast - can't believe it's secondhand. Will definitely buy again.

Only point worth mentioning is to think hard about the spec. It wasn't until I unboxed it that I realised I would have preferred a USB-C charger to proprietary. But that's my fault, not the company's, so it's still 5 stars for them.
