They adhered absolutely to the terms of their contract. The villa was exactly as promised and actually more than that- fantastically well stocked and appointed.
The local concierge was great- polite available and genuinely caring. They made a lifelong client uout of me

Shame about poor communication when part of deposit retained! Weeks of chasing for security deposit to be returned and then some retained without any email to explain why. Spurious explanation given when prompted Shame when positive experience of company in previous year and during holiday this year

"Never buy the additional insurance!"

The villa itself was beautiful, we couldn't fault it. A month after we returned we were advised that we were being charged for damage to a bed runner. (the photo showed the runner appeared bleached, and we didn't even have bleach in the house) However, I had bought additional insurance through Villanova so I told them we shouldn't be charged because of that. I was then told that the insurance company was external and that I would need to claim it back from them. I was charged €200 for the damage and the insurance company EVENTUALLY told me that I would only be entitled to €150 back. We went in May of 2023, was told the credit would be issued to my bank in August of 2023 and as of today (August 2024) I have not received a refund despite several emails being sent.
