A fair smooth and swift progression from first enquiry into “solar together”. Survey promptly carried out with excellent guidance and suggested arrangements for my property. Date for installation followed very quickly and rearranged for an earlier date that became available.
Text from electrical team leader Terry the day before with arrival time, which they kept almost to the minute, well done Terry and Charlie (alias Joe)my mistake !!! Everything was explained fully and my suggested new position for battery and inverter assessed and agreed. I was kept informed throughout the installation and my many questions answered, thanksT and C.3 hours later all electrics completed, app installed and very well explained. A very polite efficient and tidy team.
A few hours later Michael and lad arrived, once again what they had to do was explained and whoooosh !!!! they were hard at work like mountain goats all over the roof, job done in a few hours all explained once again, with demonstration of how the system worked. Well done all four an excellent job Thank you ps the tea and coffee was free !!!

Initial visit to assess needs and explain costs was very professional, with clear explanations of costs and no sales pressure.
The team of 3 installers (Martin, Matt, and Jac) were skilled, well trained and took time to explain what they were doing at each stage of the installation. They worked efficiently and tidily, and carefully cleaned up after finishing,
Office staff were always helpful in negotiating appointments.
As an older customer I was reassured by the professionalism shown by all staff with whom I had contact.

"Great work - 4.4 kWp solar/10 kWh battery"

4.4 kWp solar and 10 kWh battery installed one week after survey in December. The entire experience from signing up to the Solar Together scheme, arranging the on-site survey to the installation itself and removal of scaffolding was slick. Full marks to Chris, Alex and Jordan for a neat installation on a very cold day. Even the payment process was easy with a one-click Google Pay option available directly from the invoice. I am happy!

Ben, Kyle and Rob were superb…. They installed the entire solar system in less than 8hrs and replaced two cracked roof tiles they found before the installation started. They are really expert at what they do.. and Infinity have been great too…. Hence my 5star service rating… I highly recommend them to other people having an installation…

"Great installation team - poor admin…"

Ben and the rest of the installation team have done a fine job to date. The guys have been professional and friendly and have worked hard to overcome any problems. I am afraid I can’t say that the experience with the admin team and the management team was anywhere near as good. I am hoping they can come through in the end.

Martin and his team arrived around 8:30am and completed the installation of solar panels just after midday. Really polite bunch of guys, friendly, quick and efficient. Cleared up after themselves and made sure we were ok with everything. Thank you.

"Excellent customer service which put right some installation issues"

Despite having a poor experience around the installation, the customer service received to put matters right was excellent especially that received from Jake Heys. The issues were followed up and put right and Jake was available to provide information and responded quickly and appropriately. All has now been put right and the solar panels themselves are a good product. Just need the spring weather now with more sunshine!
