"Professional and polite installers and…"
Professional and polite installers and staff and system is really impressive with the savings provided. Hardly need to pay for electric between March and September.

"the electrical installation went ok. Software manuals an issue "
the installation went well. It would have helped if they had explained beforehand exactly where the cabling was going and the diameter of the ducting the wires were going in. A site inspection before installation would have dealt with this. It would have stopped me having to cut back planting on the day. It turned out to be no massive issue but it all could have been completed before the installation day. The system was set up on the day and was working. However the software manuals were impossible to follow in detail and so I had to contact Infinity office to get them to tell me what to do. This took a number of weeks.
At the end of the installation day I suggest you have to sit down with the installer and have a manual teach in. The software is no intuitive

"Wished we'd done it sooner!"
The team were easy to communicate with and fully explained the rationale for recommendations so we clearly understood what we were buying. The installation was carried out on time and looks unobtrusive.
It took a while for the scaffolding to be removed and we discovered after a period of time one battery wasn't working and that was quickly replaced.
We have been delighted with the outcome and love to see that we can go days off grid generating our own power! Its also made us more conscious of our usage, which further reduces bills.
We had always thought it would be complicated and complex, it wasn't!

"Happy client now"
Everything went to plan after I told Infinity scaffold was already up for installing new felt and tiles 3 times
Installers punched though new felt in several places so I cut patches and glued over holes
Everything is now fine and working well

"Going solar, great decision."
This has been one of the best household decisions we have made, both environmentally and financially. Everything has run very smoothly from the start of the process to being over a year up and running. We have now being selling back surplus electricity for a year, (it took about a month from solar panels being switched on to signing up with the supplier) and it has made a huge difference to our bills.

"Overall happy but don’t bother with the water heater and install more batteries."
After 17 months we are happy with the performance of the panels and batteries. In retrospect the water tank heater was a waste of money: we never use it because we have no surplus electricity and gas is 25% of the cost of electricity. Secondly, I would choose a much larger battery installation (ours is 5 KWh) to make the most of charging the batteries during the overnight cheap electricity rates, especially in mid-winter when the solar panels are producing very little electricity.

"Very happy! "
Had a great experience with Infinity Renewables really well done and professional. Very good with feedback, strongly recommended if you’re looking for Solar Panels

"Disappointing Experience"
We have a fault with our Inverter which we have only just discovered although it may have been faulty for a long time. It took me 3 phone calsl and an email over 3 working days to get any response from your technicians. I then replied to an email asking for photos of various things and again heard nothing. So yesterday I rang and spoke with Gavin who looked in your fitters diary and discovered that someone is coming to visit on 22nd April. Of course, no-one had thought it important to communicate this to us prior to my calling. It is frustarting enough to find the system is not rewarding us with cheaper energy, but to find your business does not seem capapble of timely and meaningful response is particularly galling. Let us hope the site visit on the 22nd a) take splace and b) fixes the problem. It has, of course, cost us through only having grid supplied electricity

"Infinity Renewable Solar Installation"
Everything was done on time, with the scaffolding arriving the day before. The two installers were very efficient at installing the panels, inverter, and battery. They did the installation in a neat and tidy manner, concealing most of the cables. After completing the installation they showed me how to download the app, which is very useful in monitoring my electricity consumption and production. The scaffolding was removed the next day. It’s been 3 years now since this installation and I reckon I am saving £1000 - £2000 per annum.

"Poor initial presentation and planning…"
Poor initial presentation and planning drawing, chaotic groups with incorrect instructions, months later discovered one array of panels had not been plugged in! Unsympathetic complaints department, they are probably overwhelmed!
