Surveyor didn't follow through on queries.

We were (perhaps) a non-standard installation and the initial surveyor was not equipped/capable of dealing with a range of queries that came up. Getting answers by email was difficult to impossible.

Once installed, engineers were sent who couldn't address all the concerns. The interaction between the PV/battery system and the rest of the house electrics is still not resolved.

System has been running flawlessly and in a very controllable way. Panels are staying nice and clean as the rain clears of any dust or bird muck every time. Batteries are working well, don't get got at all. Inverter is working great and since I insulated my garage a bit, I get the full rate of power transfer to and from batteries when it is freezing.

Currently dumping Octopus due to them ruining the Flux product, but the system doesn't care about that and is providing more than enough energy to run my home both day and nice with the great March and now April we have been having.

From the initial inquiry to the completed installation the experience was better that expected.

We had 10 Solor panels, a connection to the emersion heater and a battery to store the power.

The surveyor was excellent and gave some good advice which helped change the requirements to meet our needs better (and didn’t cost more) which gives you confidence that they aren’t just after more money. Thanks Tony.

The installation team were great, they were well organised and gave you the confidence from when they arrived that they had everything under control.
It was like watching a milertry operation.
They even managed the issue of difficult and delicate roof tiles and replacing those that needed to be. They completed the installation within the day and took me through everything including using the app. Thanks Rob & Johnny (installers)

It's now been in operation since the 21st of March, we have just had all the documentation through so now looking at setting up an agreement with a supplier to take and pay for the unused energy we send back to the grid.

The survey was completed by a friendly person and when I asked the customer services for a change, in the siting of the inverter, they were very helpful and dealt with my request.
The installation was done efficiently and the tradesmen explained what they were doing and cleared all areas before leaving.
I definitely would recommend this company.
