Installation was done in a day. The weather was good which made things easier. It was good that I was present because there were a few times when I was consulted about some choices eg where to run the connection cable from my loft to the battery in the garage. I am now receiving payments from my supplier - great !

The system was fitted within a few weeks and generating immediately, saving money from day 1. Customer service is excellent. Why 5 Stars? IR installed & fitted my solar panels,batteries, inverter & EV charger as part of the Solar Together Hampshire project. The system has now been functioning for a year. There were challenges & initial teething problems but these were overcome by the willingness of the team to listen, discuss & deliver solutions.The customer service is excellent, accessible & helpful. This is an investment & technical piece of kit & expectations are high in the quality of operation. I am confident that IR will do the their professional upmost in making it a success. I am impressed with my systems operation & functioning over this year with the support of the technical team to some small tweaks to the system. The associated Shine App gives good control & feed back about the system.
It may be helpful to gain some basic knowledge about solar production, your needs & its function in your home.Take time in considering roof position& location, the number of solar panels required ,position of inverter & batteries (if required)

"Superb installation at a great price!"

The team did an excellent job installing our panels and batteries, as part of the "Solar Together" scheme. The initial meeting was great, and really helped me understand the technology, and what was involved.
They even brought our installation forward a few months when an earlier slot became available which was appreciated. On the install day the various folks were courteous and professional, and did a wonderful job hiding away all the cables, installing the bird netting, and so on.
Finally they showed me how to get the most out of the app to see what was going on, and a few safety checks too (turn off solar switch when doing DIY, for example).
The necessary certification came through pretty quickly so I was able to setup the export tariff shortly after installation.
All in all, highly recommended.

"Helpful after sales"

I had a solar system installed a couple of years ago. There was a slight mistake in the size of the inverter fitted. However after a email query this was rectified with weeks. I also received some useful help in reading my smart meter to be able to get the export set up. The fitters had the lot done in a day and were courteous throughout. Since then I have no issue with the setup.

Everything! After initial contact, the scaffolding arrived followed swiftly by the renewables technician who replace the bird mesh clips and within days the scaffolding was removed. Very prompt and courteous.

Having had panels installed with an I-boost for hot water we opted to subsequently install batteries. Following teething issues customer services eventually sent out Dave who checked over the system and got the i-boost restarted. Support took a little while to send someone but as I say we are back on line now .
