"Home Solar Battery installed "

The home solar battery was installed neatly outside under a porch and with the Inverter above it.They were polite and friendly and didn’t mind our dogs trying to help. They left no mess. They showed how to use the app. It is easy to use (we don’t need to do anything). Now we just enjoy the electricity storage from our solar panels.

Infinity Renewables fitted my solar panels and storage battery. Have to say the company were extremely professional on how they made contact, organised and fitted both the panels and the storage battery. Even when I had issues they turned up within 24 hours and replaced parts. I had to contact them again later with a tile that had dislodged. Again they attended and fixed the issue without delay.
Would highly recommend this company to anybody considering having solar panels fitted. Also, my strong advise would be to have a storage battery fitted too - saving us lots of money as we speak!

"Through Essex County Concil"

I found out about Infinity Renewables through the Essex County Council. I made the enquiry and was put in touch with them. They asked for a rough size of my home and my needs for Solar, after that I was soon supplied with a basic quote for the work. Next stage from them was to send a surveyor. He measured my home and we discussed my needs. He then worked out a price, which I was most happy with. The whole of the job was fully completed in a day, which surprised me. A very competent team, very profeshional. On completion I was showen photographs of all the work through all the stages. I was suplied with an app to show how the system was working. Day by day or hour by hour, great piece of equipment. Nine month's later the app showed a problem with the inverter, I phoned the company about this, I was put through to an engineer, he explained that this was an update issue that could happen on a new system. He then explained how to reset the system, Which was very easy to do. The whole thing took all of five minuets.

These guys did a fantastic job installing our solar system and have been proactive when identifying an issue with our inverter 18 months later causing a fault which they resolved and replaced incredibly quickly under the warranty in place. Very happy with the service and after care from this business currently. Thanks guys 😀

"Professional and thoughtful work"

The installation was efficient, the team who did it - the panel fitters and the electricians were thoughtful and professional and did a neat job. They were also willing to make suggestions and listen to my wishes, which was very much appreciated. And the solar installation is working well.
