"My battery is full and running over !!"

The fitting team arrived early one morning and had completed the installation by 1pm. The scaffold company came a couple of days later and removed their construction. The system has worked perfectly ever since. The only slight drawback I've found is that looking at the app to see how we're doing has become addictive. I thought is would wear off, but I even had to check while on a cruise to North Africa.
I would definitely recommend Infinity Renewables!

"Installation great, everything else very poor"

On the day of installation the team that fitted the panels were excellent, tidy, friendly and everything you could have wanted. Everything else has been awful, installation day was moved after I'd taken time off to be available, scaffolding didn't turn up on agreed day after if taken time off to be available. Contract was incorrect multiple times, I was promised call backs that never happened (and still haven't), over a month after installation I'm still waiting for any response to multiple enquiries, I still don't have full control of my unit to sell back to the grid or charge batteries over night. Seem to have completely lost interest once payment had been made

Everything happened on time, the installation team were informative, making sure our emergency socket was located in a sensible place and when I’ve had subsequent questions the customer service has been excellent. Installation and commissioning process was excellent, from start to finish. Roofers, electricians and scaffolders all completed their tasks to an excellent standard.

"Very happy with our nearly a year ago…"

Very happy with our nearly a year ago installation - 8 panels and a couple of batteries - via a Winchester City Council scheme. We now use our dishwasher and washing machine with some abandon - and still export to the grid ! The batteries are topped up, if required, at night at a cheap rate.

Only issue is that I've had to send my son up on the roof to re-fix some of the clips which keep the anti-bird mesh in place. Stronger clips are required I suggest.
