"Great company with good customer service"

Solar panels and batteries installed 3 years ago. So far so good and working well.
There were a few issues just after installation ut these were all quickly resolved.
Would recommend and hopefully my equipment continues to work well!

"Good but flawed"

The installation work on the day was excellent and the system works effectively. Lost a star because the calibration of the system was incorrect leading to higher electricity charges to begin. After several phone calls and site visits it was resolved.
Subsequently the app to monitor the system cannot connect through 5g modems so not possible to monitor usage other than via smart meters.
Definitely a good investment to reduce costs of electricity though.

The work was done quickly with little impact to us during the day.
The guys who did the install were friendly and explained things well.
The work had minimal impact on the loft area. Which we had had concerns over.
The application is useful in tracking the power and I do check it daily.
I have talked to back end support when a reset was needed and they were helpfully and quickly responded to resolve the issue I had

All in all a very good experience with them highly recommended

Excellent installation of solar panels. Good performance over last 2 years. Very pleased we opted in to get Solar PV from Infinity Renewables.

Overall they have been a reliable company that has delivered quality products with real savings. We had a few issues with faulty components but infinity were great at replacing them. Our only reason not to give a 5 is it has been hard at times to get hold of people in support but when you do they are more than happy to help and do get issues resolved. So maybe a 4.5 if I could give it. 3 years on our products are working fine and saving us money. At our 2 year ROI we had saved 51% of our capital investment and I am confident it will pay for itself in 4 years then saving us pure money after that!

From getting a quote under the Surrey CC scheme, to placing order and getting install done - not an issue. Installers were great and the products are doing their job, and got a great deal. However aftercare service, customer service and any thing else you may need is non existent. It like you got a great deal and now get on with it. No one bothers to call you back, takes forever to get a email response and quite frankly you wait to infinity and beyond to get anyone to come back you you
