"THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDS"
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDS. I ordered a watch, watch was cheesy looking and too small. More on the cheesy looking side. I returned watch and these frauds said my return box was empty. I know they lied! I am a person of good character. I don't play with people when it comes to my money. These FRAUDS claim box was empty and sent BS pictures. So I kindly sent in tracking history details (apart of my complaints I have filed so far). If this box was empty as your company claimed, then why is the box weight (when I shipped) just as the same as it was when it was delivered to me. If the box was not tampered with then the weight of the box would be extremely light if it was so called empty. Play with somebody else chile because I'll be going to court behind my little bit of funds. This company is a big fraud. TRUE RIPOFFS.

"Do not buy if you live in the UK!!"
Do not buy if you live in the UK!!! I received my watch in August and it was beautiful, however there was one stone missing on the crown, which I chose to ignore as when I set the correct time this was not visible and I wasn’t too fussed (even though you would expect better when you pay hundreds of pounds). Anyway, in November the main body of the watch broke from the strap so I emailed JBW support to organise a repair (as the website only works for USA repairs since it asks for a zip code). We emailed back and forth a couple times and I was then told they were generating my return label which I would receive soon IN NOVEMBER! Weeks passed and I followed up with no response. I reached out to the support email many times and I’ve heard nothing back for months on end. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and the watch is not worth the money as they clearly don’t check their products before sending out as they claim to. I only wore the watch around 15 times before it broke and I will be taking this further. I could go on and on with other flaws I’ve noticed with this company. This is not how a business should be run at all and I will be taking this further.
(ordered my watch from Amazon, a registered reseller for JBW in UK)

"Buyer Beware!"
I purchased the Bleu Reserve just before Christmas as soon as JBW launched it. It seemed to be an incomplete launch as it did not offer the larger size. I was bombarded with emails about the launch. I ordered the smaller size in error and wanted to swap it for the larger size. Understanding the page specified in very small print that there are no refunds but they would honor an “exchange for size”. I made numerous efforts after Christmas to contact the company via email and by phone. The phone number is useless as it greeting directs you to their customer support email. I emailed JBW numerous times explaining my request - provided my account info and carefully explained my request, but got NO response. This was almost a $900 purchase and there is NO ONE to connect with if you run into a problem. When they requested a review - I submitted this report and they eventually - a month later specified the item is a FINAL SALE - NO EXCHANGES and that it was ordered specifically for me. Then why did they specify “exchanges for size only” if they won’t honor that. That’s NOT what the item description said. The item description specified exchanges for size only which is all I needed. Buyer beware!!!… like the other reviews posted - customer service is BAD! The watch was delivered and I was forced to keep it. Can you imagine… $900 watch and having that terrible experience?! They keep advertising the watch but eventually these bad experiences will eventually discourage buyers from making purchases with JBW. They are developing a negative reputation. The watches are beautiful but they have very poor business practices and undesirable customer service. What a freakin’ headache it was trying to connect with them. If you plan a purchase with them - just be aware of their poor business practices. See all the reviews… this is a problem with this company. You could suffer a financial loss in purchasing their watches - particularly their expensive ones. NOTE: I kept all the email communication to back up this review.

"Can't Return Watch"
I order the Reserve watch but I didn't know they stated it was Final Sale and I was not able to return it. It was $895 plus tax and the watch doesn't fit my son. What kind of company doesn't take returns? How is it Final Sale when it was just released? I'm so upset!!

"Worst customer service EVER"
Worst customer service EVER! Paid almost $30 for overnight shipping, only for fedex to claim it was delivered to my door at 4:02pm. I was home all day and never got a package. I also have a ring doorbell and nothing was ever delivered. I reached out to JBW about the issue and the basically said oh well. I need to file a police report and packages are stolen everyday. What kind of customer service is that? Never again. Just going to dispute it with my bank

"Their return system is terrible"
Their return system is terrible. It is impossible to receive any help and answers from their customer service. I am really waiting for their reaction regarding how partly possible to return some items. I am from Denmark and when i am typing the order number and ZIP/post code, so these 2 things are not fitting together. I wrote to the customer service for several times and no answer at all.

"Dishonest business"
I purchased an IWC Portugieser Automatic 40 for £3,800 from JB Watches, Madrid via Chrono 24. The watch described and displayed in the photo collection was of a very good condition piece with gold numerals and a brown strap.
I received an IWC Portugieser with quite significant wear, silver numerals and a blue strap. The seller admitted the mistake and agreed to refund postage and packaging from Ireland to Spain. One month and many emails later, I had still not received the refund for postage. This was nearly £200 as I had to fully insure the item and have it collected from the hospital where I work.
Thankfully after numerous phonecalls, Chrono24 eventually refunded me this cost, while the seller only replied with abusive emails saying that I was 'sour and bitter.' All in all, this was a truly unpleasant experience and put me off the used watch market. I would avoid this seller at all costs.
I have never written a negative online review of any business in the past, but this businessman was so egregiously rude to me that I feel obliged.

"I bought an Armani watch as a birthday…"
I bought an Armani watch as a birthday present, and within a week the strap snapped. I’ve tried to get into contact with them, but the email they have supplied is fake and the emails have bounced back. The website no longer exists that I can find, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
