"Faulty watch Not impressed with after sales"
Not impressed with after sales. Watch fell off wrist aftet 6 months - sent it back as instructed as it was faulty. 1 month later still waiting for it to be returned to me - not good. Keep getting message that they have a 14 day turnaround and it is being repaired but I think it suspicious that they are not keeping me informed.

Do not order from this company. It appears many people are complaining of the same situation as myself. Faulty watch, was advised to send it back and provided a tracked returns label. It’s been 4 weeks and not heard anything back. Also no website or contact number available any more. I strongly believe this was a fraud company conveniently set up before Christmas. Fuming

ORdered and delivery was quick.....however 4weeks later watch running slow....losing time ! Sent emails .....tried ring several times...left several messages.... Not one reply DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

"Has the company ceased trading???"
I purchased a watch at Christmas, sent it back on 21st January 2020 as it was faulty. Received an email on 24th January saying there repair team was looking into it and will be in touch within 14 days as they are working to peak turn around times. I’ve heard nothing emailed them three times and rang several times, one number the phone rings and rings and rings but no answer and the other number tells me they are now closed and to try them between 9:30-5:30 but bare in mind I was ringing between them times! Looking at Companies House (a government website) for ltd companies it doesn’t say it has dissolved it says it is still active. I have now been In touch with trading standards. They signed for the watch I returned and I can see people have had contact with the company up until the end of January but now nothing!

"Really not happy at the moment"
Really not happy at the moment. Sent a watch back as the strap broke. It was a Christmas present to my 16 year old son, his first really nice watch an Armani. Mid January the strap cracked and the watch had to be returned for them to have a look at it. As it couldn't be repaired they told me they were sending a replacement. Cut a long story short when I chased the deleivery of the replacement I was told it had got lost lost in transit and there were no longer any of the specific watch available so I could choose an alternative, no refund was offered Since receiving this email the website has been down and no one is answering my emails or the telephone. As MIchelle mentioned in her review are they still trading? I have a very disappointed teenager :-(
