The first time I bought a mystery box I got a MLB branded fanny pack. What? Didn't even look like Montana West.
I thought I'd give them one more chance, lol, and ordered again. I received a pretty Wrangler purse and you can tell at a glimpse it's M W. You never know what you're going to get.

"Poor advertising "

I thought I ordered 3 mystery boxes, instead it ended up being 3 items in one box for 60$, not the deal I thought was advertised.

Did not receive a third purse and the jewelry mystery box was not in the package. There is no way to speak to anyone and the chat leads to providing a chat ai response to email. At this point I will be disputing the charge.

I have bought 2- $20 jewelry surprise bags and was very disappointed in the earrings I was sent . I also wrote a bad review. Montana West reached out to me by email and a phone call. They wanted to make sure of what I wrote and wanted to correct the issue. They gave me several options one of which I opted for a necklace. It just arrived and I am very happy with it ,but best of all the customer service. I would recommend buying from Montana West. They stand by their word and products. Thank you.

"False advertisement "

I have placed two orders where if you ordered over $150 you were to receive two free gifts and each time I didn't receive anything. I made several attempts to contact someone with no response.

Customer Service is alive and well and thriving at Montana West. I left a review a while back about an issue I had with my orders. They treated me with great respect and courtesy and called me back to make it right. I was asked if I would like refund for the problems I was having and they were so understanding and helpful to work things out. I am so satisfied and taken a back by their outstanding customer service. Thank you X 100. I will be ordering again due to their great customer service support. "I ordered the lavander aztec concealed…"

I ordered the lavander aztec concealed carry pursh. That is not what I recieved. I recieved a pursh I didn't even want. I contacted them and they offered either I return their mess up or recieve $16 bucks back. $16 bucks from a $67 purchase. They might as well punched me in the face. So I just paid $51 bucks for something i didn't even want. I have ordered a few times from them and every time something is messed up in my order. The first time they said there was a glitch in their web site and a wallet I ordered was actually out of stock, so I had to pick a different one. This time I recieve the wrong item. It wasn't my mess up but I feel stuck with something i don't want. Or go through the trouble of packaging it up, getting a box, print a shipping label, find and drive to a shipping store. I do not have the time for all of that, when they should make sure they send the right item. Will not be ordering from them again. I am waiting on another order lets see if it's even correct. I was so excited for my new purse to be let down and disappointed 😞

I ordered 2 surprise boxes. The first purse I received, I loved it. The second purse I received, I didn’t like at all. That’s the chance you take I guess.
