We have had the best experience of customer care with Amber. I would recommend Richard Kendall everyday of the week. Our home had the most beautiful photos/video taken by Richard Kendall’s, from the beginning we have been so impressed! We have been kept up to date every week since our house went on the market back in June. Amber went above and beyond to get updates from the rest of the chain/solicitors. Many people dread the house moving process but I can honestly say, it hasn’t been half as stressful as we thought and that is mainly down to Amber for always keeping us in the loop. Thank you so much, we honestly couldn’t have done it without you!
