I would not recommend Richard Kendalls to sell your house, due to poor service and if want update they are very slow. If raise a complaint and ask for an update they ask what complaint.

Communication is very poor with this outfit, they do not return call's, talk to each other within own office, pass messages on when calling, and give wrong information out about feedback on viewing's, very shoddy.

Not pleased with my experience over a 6 month conveyancing period. From having to speak to multiple representatives to poor reply times and communication; my first time house purchase ended up falling through despite being allocated a 'senior' agent to handle the process. When viewing other properties, I will try to use another agent in the future.

Like many others it would seem they have bad experience with Richard Kendall, blatantly lied several times on the phone have no morals or ethics whatsoever. Actively taking offers on a house that was marked as sold and lied to vendor and potential buyer. Would not recommend if they were the last estate agent in England.

The Ossett office have been incredible helping me sell my house. I was lucky that the first person bought the house however when things started to get delayed with buyer and solicitors they were great at chasing both sides.
Also the pictures of my property were amazing!

"They took on the sale of my Mums house…"

They took on the sale of my Mums house following her death and took all the worry and stress out of the whole process. I was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness as well as the ease and speed at which the sale went through. I have bought and sold 6 houses and never has a sale complete so quick. I cannot thank them enough

Promised me the world to get me on their books, they said they had people waiting for properties like mine, even in London. Had 4 viewings in 3 months. Terrible communication, I had to contact them all the time, they knew I wanted a quick sale, said no problem with a house like mine as it was quirky, that soon became a negative, as did school holidays, coming up to Christmas, excuse after excuse, would never recommend them to anyone.

We are in a position to buy immediately even though our property is currentley on the market ( booked with viewings). We called Richard Kendall Estate Agency to enquire about a property and to arrange a viewing.

We established with a member of staff that an agent was already at the property to show around another couple. As we live less than 10 minutes from the property we suggested that it would be good use of the agents time for us to view the property after or before the already arranged booking (10mins internal viewing was all we required) as the location gardens etc was already established. Astonishingly, we were advised this was not possible as they only arrange one viewing at a time in half hour slots. Although they only had one booking arranged there was no flexibility to add another.

Given our purchasing position and proximity to the property this approach seems a a little short sighted and is definitely not in the the interest of the Seller or the Buyer.

One particular member of staff in the office was actually quite dismissive and lacked any kind of common sense.

To top things off, despite "saying" the Agency offers flexible viewings during the week, (People do have to work) ...early evening viewings are non-existent and the first chance we could be offered would be the following weekend!

Finally I must point out this wasn't a property new onto the market !. And we are a serious buyer in a good position to proceed. This is the vendors loss.
