"Great Service Great Price"

Just want to say thanks to Amanda, Kelly and everyone at Richard Kendall for their great service. I have sold my property to my tenants who were first time buyers. I felt I could always get in touch with the office and get an update from Amanda. So as well as the great service at a good price this made the process easier. I would not hesitate to use Richard Kendall again in the future.

"Our negotiator was Karen Marijewko"

Our negotiator was Karen Marijewko. Whilst the sale progressed we felt that we had to do too much chasing, given a fee of £3,000 +VAT. We would have expected to be light touch - but we were pressured into chasing solicitors. Their recommended solicitor was equally slow. Once it got to exchanged contracts things got better with Richard Kendall, but overall not the best experience.

Cath and Shireen were very helpful in getting this sale over the line.Their approach to assuring customer satisfaction was exemplary. They were great communicators and explained what was happening at every step over the year it took to sell the property.
It's true to say a shorter experience would have been more agreeable however I can't put them at fault for that. I can add that the valuer, David, was good at his job and not at all "pushy"; a definite plus in an estate agent!
