As we were moving abroad, we first rented and then sold our house through Richard Kendall. Got very professional service from them, especially Lucy and Alison (in the sales team) and Amy (in the lettings team) who we were dealing with directly. Each viewing was followed up for feedback (which wasn't our experience with the previous estate agents who were marketing our house).
All viewings were done accompanied by a member of Richard Kendall's team as per our request. It would have been nice if this was the same person each time as sometimes, the person was totally new to the house, hence not in the best position to highlight the strengths of the property.
Overall, a well rounded experience.
