There were a few bumps in the road and if I did it all again (which I really hope I won't have to) I'd maybe be more fussy about who came to view my house in terms of having a mortgage in place or being in a position to actually move! We recently sold our house in the UK before moving to the USA. Donna and Suzy assisted in the process and helped keep the whole thing going and minimised all stress in the house selling process. Our house sold very quickly and Suzy and Donna took care of everything from there to completion. They really pushed at the end as we were due to get on our flight to the USA and needed a prompt close on the house. We didn’t doubt them for a second! And even better, we barely lifted a finger!

Where to start......we have used Richard Kendall for almost 30 years buying and selling 6 different properties over that time. On every occasion we have received the most professional, courteous and friendly service. Our last two dealings were managed by Liz Cooke who is the most delightful and professional person to deal with. We actually requested Liz for our latest sale because we knew we’d be in safe hands, she didn’t disappoint!
