"A not so sincere service......"

I bought the Home lifetime plan but they don't inform clearly that you cannot setup backups using your instant Vault via desktop app. You can only bkp to Cold Storage, that takes till 5 HOURS to restore. I confess that it's very frustrating. The only way to use the instant Vault is by uploading files manually via web Browser.

I created a free (5GB) account on BigMind (same company) and downloaded the desktop app to see how does it works... and Voalá, it's exactly the same app from zoolz. and it works to upload files to the Instant Vault (BigMind). So they have the solution, but they simply don't distribute the same app provided to BigMind to Zoolz users. Too bad guys, too bad...
