It's a great configure-and-forget product. Downloading backed up files is really easy too. I also had to get the support to help me recently and they were brilliant - super efficient.

My only nag is that it keeps prompting you to upgrade when you are low on space and there doesn't seem to be a way to tell it to stop doing that (I guess it's the business model). It confuses and worries the less IT savvy in the family when the prompts come up (the prompt appears for both admin and non-admin users).
