Zoolz is one of favorite online storage program that I am using , And I am also impress that their support team answer fast ~ , When I ask a question or a problem to solve they answer within 10 hours , I also like that there is online chat for customer, it is very helpful when I face with technical problem ~
I'll give 5 stars to zoolz online storage ~ , Hopefully it will keep up with nice service and good customer support for long time ~

After reload of my PC I could not figure out how to reset my back up and restore some files. One email and it was sorted. After changing Disk letters to what they were before the reload Genie backup continued.
