The installation went smoothly, but because it was raining on the day, we didn't get the alarm box installed on the outside of the house. We have also not received the arm/disarm tags, which were supposed to be included in the package.

Have a video door bell installed at the end of Jan. I cannot praise enough the lad (me bad remebering names:) who completed an instalation. He was an expert in his job, all was done just perfect- no damage to door, walls etc., no rubbish left. I am planning to replace the front door, so I said to the guy to not to bother about the old door, but the respond was I have to do it right....and he did what he said. All I could say to advice Network Security team is, make sure you do not loose this employee.
