"Great Experience for first time trip"

This was a fantastic way to see the sights of the city. Guides were very knowledgeable. Night tour was gorgeous. Easy to get on and off if you like or just relax through the whole loop. Well worth the money. Highly recommend

The freestyle pass could be a good idea, but we were disappointed because there were some misunderstanding due to the similar name of some museum (9/11 Tribute instead of 9/11 Memorial, NY historical society instead of American museum of history...); so it's necessary to pay more attention to this!
Please change your system of tickets, try to use any kind of smart card!
There is too much paper and the third attraction that we bought was impossible to visit because somebody cut off this part of paper!!!
Don't buy the VIP card, it could be a waste of money.
