Really good product but did not fit and has cost me £10 through no fault of my own!

Trying to ring to speak to someone is hard work, phoned several times and was on hold for 30 minutes saying 1st in the cue. Ordered arrived and left in the rain by the front door, and not in my shed like I requested plus one item was damaged so had to take photos and await replacement. Item came and all now sorted. I believe the carrier was to blame.

Bought sprinter curtains for my van drivers side fit perfectly but the sliding door is 2 inchs out rang to ask to swap it because I have had them 4 months they said they couldn't do anything customer service is shocking these rails were not fit for purpose wouldn't buy again.

Had to make a return, but also wanted an exchange. Spoke to Nigel. He called me back after not very long, having found what I was looking for, & also arranged to get the wrong item collected at the same time as the new one was delivered (for a charge). Excellent service & nice to speak to a human!

Order not delivered to correct address contacted DHL several times contacted you told DHL had delivered so not your problem suggest change carrier and train customer service would have thought a call from you after all the calls from me dhl would have sorted it
