"Good ordering experience but problems after"

Ordered a set of mud flaps for my T6.1 which were meant to be easy to fit. These arrived very quickly and the overall ordering experience was good. However there were no instructions provided so was left to youtube videos of other products to solve that. Main problem is that the well-nuts supplied wouldn't go in the holes they were meant to, simply too wide. Tried email for support but got no replies at all. Managed to fit them after sourcing some alternative parts but hasn't left a good experience at all when it comes to customer service and after sales support and left me wondering about the quality of the product itself.

Awesome product, good price and super customer service.

Ordered black out blinds which I was very impressed with. Unfortunately one of the tracks was damaged but a quick mail to them and a replacement was sent out the next day.

I found I did need to wait a short while between messages but no more than a day. DHL deliveries were OK with rather a lot of update messages feeling a bit like spam but not Vanstyle’s fault.

Will certainly be buying more from them in the future.

Great product and quickly dispatched, unfortunately DHL, lost part of parcel. These things happen but lead to multiple long call waits for me to get resolved. Vanstyle did then send another out for me so good resolution.
