Admittedly I called them on a Sunday to query a purchase...didn't expect them to even answer TBH..but surprisingly was put on a queue...but after waiting 20 minutes to become 1st in the queue and then a further 50 minutes..I gave up...either the last customer was buying the entire bloody store or I was being played the fool .....either way I'm going elsewhere for a lousy set of roof bars

Bought a dash trim rubber seal for my T5.1 to replace the original which I bought from a different supplier because it has shrunk by 15mm since fitting it seven years ago. This one is a slightly different profile but fits snugly against the windscreen.
Arrived promptly & took two minutiae fit. Pleased so far.

Tried twice to buy a rear bumper protector, says its in stock, make the purchase, the money gets refunded and nothing else happens .... no email no phone call no nothing , tried calling to find a solution I'm number 11 inches queue after 35 minutes I gave up tried the next day number 9 in the queue 20 minutes later I gave up....

Ordered wind deflectors.I was sent the wrong ones.only after trying to fit did I realise.called company 40min wait .there is a small label on box saying which make and model for fitting.called again 1hr 10 min wait. Got it sorted thanks to Nigel who was great.I think I was unlucky as the sale was on when I wanted to return items so a good and bad experience.

Customer service and support now seem to be on the ball, communication has improved and most of my orders are complete.
It a shame their system doesn’t notify when part orders are sent you only know by the payment being taken, you can’t see lead times on orders either.

I ordered new carbon upper grill inserts for my VW T6. They arrived damaged so I reported to Vanstyle to which they immediately sent replacements. The replacements arrived quickly without any damage but I noticed they were for the lower insert not upper!! Due to entering a show and shine that weekend, I had no option to fit as they needed to cover the marks left by the previous inserts! Slightly disappointed that the product wasn't checked prior to dispatching!

Ordered two items only to be told 1 was out of stock after payment details had been sent. Both items work in conjunction. I have emailed a number of times to find out what is going on but no response :(
