Purchase vw caddy front headlight indicator lights don’t work have tried to get in contact with them but they don’t get back to me when I email or ring the lights are not fit for purpose they have stopped selling them so they know that they are faulty

"Goods arrived but Customer Service Poor"

The spoiler that we ordered arrived but the instructions included a list of Contents, which were not in the package. When we asked for them to be sent on we were informed by Van style that although there was a list of contents these were not actually the contents. We have to stick the spoiler on with glue that they do not supply. Disappointing!!!!!

"Poor quality, and faded paint."

Purchased the green T6.1 badge to find out that the colour was very faded and not even shiny like their photo's. Tried to call them but can't get through. High recommend to stay away from these cons, I will be returning the rubbish back.

"Purchased T5 barn doors rear spoiler"

Purchased T5 barn doors rear spoiler, poor quality, had to sand down, fill and reprime before painting. Wouldn't recommend.

"Professional Service"

I have bought several items for my T5 now and always received excellent service and quality products.
I ordered a splitter for delivery but then decided to call at Vanstyle and pick up the item instead.
Not a problem and £12 paid back into my account the cost of delivery. A friendly and professional service as always.Would recommend Vanstyle!

"Bad product and misinformation"

Ordered Mercedes Viano rear bumper sill protector and when it finally arrived I carefully fitted it as per instructions. As soon as I drove my vehicle a warning light appeared showing rear door open. When I removed the protector obviously with paint damage the door finally shut correctly. I also phoned before ordering inquiring about length of product and was given incorrect information.

"Stay away from this company!"

I ordered and payed for 5 spoilers online, and only received 1. This was back in May and I still have not been payed my money back, or received the last 4 missing spoilers (value 720 Pound). They don't even answer my Email.. I can't recommend this company to anyone 👎

I havent heard anything from Vanstyle since the beginning of June, today og is 23 September......... 👎👎👎
