Bought a set of curtains and and rails for a T5. Not one set of instructions supplied. When I contacted them they sent me a utube link to some other suppliers products that didn’t include a cab divider. Sent another email to query, but you guessed it, no reply! Be careful if you buy off these. They clearly just flog you the goods then don’t gaf. I will be reporting them to eBay.

Ordered a front splitter for my transit custom on 20/03/23 arrived quickly
Although when I opened the box to check the item I noticed 2 large cracks and a load of imperfections
Not happy with what I had received for £120 I msgd Van style with detailed pics only to be told by the customer service :
Well what do you expect
It’s handmade !!
They will exchange for one with no cracks but the new one will need work aswell they said !!
And to add to the insult they wanted me to pay return postage for an issue that’s not my fault
Absolute time wasters !!
Luckily for me I only ordered the front splitter from them and not the full body kit and alloys I was initially going to order. ( Over £1500 order )
So now my local bodyshop has to repair the cracks aswell as do some serious body filling and sanding to make it look decent

Absolutely shocking on the phone, can't be bothered helping you just want your money. Condescending, disinterested, horrible. go elsewhere I am, just missed £2k in sales.

Never answer their phones - ordered something in November last year and still not arrived. Inaccurate updates from their automated system - maybe don't advertise products you cant deliver within 3 months? Avoid, you'll end up disappointed.

Have read some of the poor reviews so thought I'd add my experience. Bought a bonnet bra for my t5, and whilst fitting it, I got a rip in one of the corners. Emailed vanstyle to ask about an exchange, and they were more than helpful, replied quickly, and sent out a replacement straight away, delivered the next day, didn't ask for the faulty one to be returned and covered the cost of posting the replacement!
Very happy with my experience!

Ordered and received LED DLR new headlamp units for VW Caddy 2013. Had a quick look at the units when they arrived seemed ok.
Garage fitted them for me and pointed out loads of issues regarding the miles of loose unsealed wires hanging out at the back of the units. None of them are sealed, no rubber boots for wires to head-bulbs. had to pay the garage to use silicone sealant on the multi pin plug and sealant tape on other unsealed connectors. Absolute terrible quality. it will be a matter of time before they fail due to moisture/water ingress. I'll have to pay again to have my original VW OEM units fitted

Ordered a wheel/tyre combo from the website that advertised 'plenty in stock' only to receive an email 2 days later saying 'on back order' - nearly a week later, still on back order - false advertising?, dishonest advertising?, I'd say so....cancelled and gone elsewhere

Ordered a spoiler for a Caddy, Part arrived on time however they did not package it with any protection on the ends so it was damage prior to delivery. Paint shop also pointed out that it is warped and an extremely poor moulding. Notified them of the problem 4th Nov 2022. After prompting them I finally received a reply on the 10th. They informed that they do not provide a return label so I can drop the package off at my convenience and that I will need to wait in for a courier that will show up somewhere between 0800-1800 on Friday 11th Nov! Now if you are a Van owner that needs to be out working this is a problem and one you need to take into account when ordering from these clowns as not only is it inconvenient but they never turned up to collect it! I still have the part and awaiting a courier/ refund 9 days after informing them of an issue. There are plenty of other van parts firms around that provide a competent purchasing experience that will at least answer the phone or emails that you send. Real rating is 0 stars for sub standard product, service and communication.

Trying to put in an order of 1.5k, payment details wont load. I tired calling a few times over a couple days but no one answers.
Got through to someone today, who just abruptly tells me its my issue with the country I'm selecting.
Tired to amend while on the phone but they just hang up and don't return the call.
Tried calling back but no response.
Would be wary about giving these people you're money, even if you can...
