"Old fashioned service!!!"

Vanstyle responded to my order promptly and I received the items in good time. When I found out that one of the parts was incomplete I contacted them and was told that they would provide a complete new set at their expense. It is great that there are still companies that provide such a first class service, please carry on.

Orderd an item but never received it. I was told when ordering that a signature was required and parcel wouldn't be left outside address. Van Style said they had a Proof Of Delivery so not their problem.

Denied parcels required signature in Ireland.
Changed to "signature required" in Ireland when I showed them their own T&Cs.
Next they claimed I instructed parcel to be left outside.
I pointed out courier company claimed to have a signature but still left it outside and took a pic as "POD"!!!
Van Style knew they they ran out of lies/excuses and contradictions so resorteded to ignoring me and STILL NO REFUND OF €260!!!

The bottom line is...

1. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED the parcel.
2. DPD tell me they have ZERO record of ANYBODY giving permission to leave the parcel.

Hence.....

3. IF I had given permission to leave the parcel (WHICH NOBODY HAS ANY PROOF OF), then why would DPD claim an imaginary C Collins SIGNED FOR THE PARCEL???

Look you say its not a scam but it certainly seems like one, somebody is obviously lying... its between yourselves and DPD and you've already lied to me several times!!!

Oh and vanstyle even told me it's my fault as I SHOULD HAVE LEFT A NOTE to the courier stating that SOMETIMES THINGS LEFT UNATTENDED can go MISSING 🤣🤣🤣.

First time using vanstlye ,the website was fairly easy and simple to place a order but customer service isn't very good . I emailed them prior to my order and never heard back . Then when I received my order there was a dent in one piece and one item was wrong which could have been saved if they had answered my question beforehand. I rang and rang and messaged again to sort out returns ,really hard to get response and when I had a message back they weren't interested in the dent didn't mention it . Postage is costly to I feel .
