"No ordered item, No Reply"

Purchased numerous parts for my VW T5 at the beginning of the year. One of the items was out of stock and said it would be in stock within a couple of months.

Couple of months later no item, email updates would read 'back in stock soon' then later I would have an update with a date, then the date would pass. This would happen 3 times over an 8 month period!

I do not think it will ever be in stock and emailed them to cancel and refund, heard nothing back.

Won't use them again.

The company didn't say what I had ordered ,I have looked on their email but doesn't say what it was ,I ordered windscreen wipers for a qashqaii car but don't know if we had them from this company ,I need to send them back and get a refund because they don't fit, can you please get in touch and let me know if they came from here. Great service and a great product that I am pleased with. Relatively easy to apply to the bonnet and appears well made.

There customer service is a nightmare.
Placed an order, received the confimation, and then... nothing. No response to my reminders, no response on why the wouldn't answer, nothing ! After a month i placed another order: same problems, different day. Had to phone them to get the aswer : we don't ship outside of the UK. So, it takes them 2.5 months to get the info (by calling them myself) to get the answer that they do not sell outside the UK anymore. oh well, i guess there bussines is so great the don't need the cusomers, nore to respond to them ! No wonder the uk goes down the tubes...
