They have only 1 representative on the phone line!
I waisted 2 hours of my valuable life on the phone only to be cut off.
This is after numerous attempts in the days before
And numerous emails.
This company should sell up!! and let someone else with a business head, and customer service skills run it professionally.
Hopefully I will not have to use them again.

BOUGHT A SET OF BLINDS FOR MY T6.1, THE BLINDS ARRIVED AND THE QUALITY WAS GOOD....BUT THEY DIDNT HAVE THE SUCTION PADS WITH THE BLINDS TO ATTACH TO THE WINDSCREEN. TRIED EVER FORM OF CONTACT WITH THE FIRM....NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

An order arrived with an item that was defective, I contacted them a week ago and still haven't had a reply even after going onto live chat to try and sort this, I have also tried calling and even at number 1 in the queue they don't answer, it just keeps ringing, over half an hour and they still haven't picked up.
I won't be buying from them again.
If you have a Transporter then use Transporter HQ, their customer service is awesome, within 30 minutes of reporting a defective part they had picked, packed and sent a replacement and I received it the next day, this is how it should be done.

You sent me the wrong parts. Have been trying to get in contact with you since Friday 25th August with no reply. Was on hold Friday for an hour and a half, Saturday for an hour and Monday for half an hour. Gave up in the end. Have emailed and Facebooked message too with no reply. Emailed this morning and still no reply! Totally unprofessional customer service. I have wasted my time trying to get in contact with your business and I am still no further on. Terrible experience!!!!!!!
