"THE WORST EVER AFTER SALES"

I ordered the wrong part which is totally my fault. when I called van style to ask for some advice and was held in a que for 90 mins and the call dropped, I tried again and again held in a que for 50 mins and the call dropped. I emailed them 6 times and no reply so I went online and was chatting to a robot about my experiences with Vanstyle and was told they had escalated problem and somebody would be contacting me to help. Then about 4 hours later i got an email from vanstyle saying they had sent the correct order ( which I knew ) and no advice or help with info on how to return and exchange .... KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE TERRIBLE AFTER SALES !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick delivery and perfect fit. Outer packaging damaged but both side step & rear threshold cover in perfect condition. Both fit like a glove. Perfect thank you !

"Complaint"

The ordering and receipt of order were fine, but one of the products, a mosquito screen for a Crafter camper van, did not fit the space correctly, therefore I wish to return it and get a refund of my £65.00. I tried to call your company on 6 occasions and the no. of callers before me grew from 6 to 12 during those 6 calls. I also e-mailed with my complaint on Thursday 10 August, and have received no reply as yet.

"Bumper protector had a small crack"

Bumper protector had a small crack, decided to fit it anyway as I didn’t want to get caught up in the usual towing and froing, sending stuff back and forth especially at over £21 delivery charges…
A bit disappointing but had this before with a few companies, not worth the effort getting upset.
