I saw online that The Riverside Garden centre is raising money for Cancer Research UK and gives my family the chance to win a BBQ we could never afford.
I hope lots of people buy a raffle ticket there are some wonderful prizes and Cancer Research Uk really do need your help. My Mum was diagnosed last year with cancer and I’ve had a cancer scare this year. It’s so scary because there is no control for the individual and their family.

Very greedy and uncompassionate company.
I was unable to take delivery of a Weber Grill due to the unexpected and tragic death of my brother. On delivery day (the same day my brother passed away) I received a call from the delivery driver and told him that I needed the grill re-delivered as we were not in and at the hospital. A couple of days later a rude customer service representative rings me and explains that there will be a re-stocking fee applied to my refund. I never asked for a refund, just a redelivery - we still want the product. Now that I have finally had a chance to get back on top of my personal admin I’ve noticed that the restocking fee was £100 and I was not sent an email or any correspondence to confirm this. I’m not after a refund of this fee or anything else, I just want people to know how greedy and uncompassionate the Riverside Garden Centre are. Imagine how positive the review could have been had they understood the situation and acted with compassion. Instead they chose to make an easy £100.

Riverside team responded immediately to my email (on a Saturday) and helped me diagnose why it wasn't fitting. I was able to return my product as I couldn't use it

I purchased my BBQ as a first time buyer from Riverside. The process was easy to follow, the price was keen and I'll have no hesitation in using them again. I noticed that the box had been opened, but that's obviously to attach the regulator included in the price, the packaging was in perfect condition. Very happy with the purchase.

Received the goods in very nicely packed, but few nuts were missing. Received them without delay. Very nice & solid. But the price is bit high. I like it.
